A little bit about us
Killing Time Studio is the alias of Melbourne artist & signwriter, Cal Gillespie.
Since its’ inception in 2021, Killing Time Studio has focused on traditional signwriting, design & murals.
In 2025, Cal teamed up with fellow signwriter Cameron Macdonald to form Bala Graphics.
The team design, produce and install all kinds of creative signage.
From traditional signwriting, to printed vinyl graphics and illuminated signs.
No idea is too crazy, no project too ambitious, no scale too large.
